Job Title: Sr. Technical Product Manager
Job Duties:
Job responsibilities and duties include:
Develop details user stories and requirements in SAFE Agile practice;
Actively participate in project initiation, requirements gathering, execution and UAT;
Responsible for driving business priorities into execution and delivery;
Create roadmap, gain alignment with leadership, build backlog for scrum team(s) and prioritize for team to deliver business value;
Provide leadership to scrum teams to drive technical development and provide visibility of product status to Executive Leaders;
Develops strategic product plans for our DC & Cloud infrastructure;
Serve as a key liaison between Business and IT teams (Product, UI, Development, QA and Production Support) to facilitate product development;
Complete functional and technical analysis for new features and technical projects;
Develop technical design documentation for various application buildouts in a multi DC environment;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks to help delivering more value to our customers.
This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Software Engineering or any related IT or
Engineering field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s).
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency and knowledge with the following:
- Architecture and design of systems using Micro Services Architecture;
- Software Development and Web technologies including: REST API framework, Services oriented architecture concepts, react , node js , Java scripts, Ajax framework, Core java, Amazon cloud and AWS , Docker, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk , quantum views, and adobe analytics;
- Develop REST clients and services;
- Run applications in production;
- Use platform-as-a-service deployment environment;
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery;
- Container and Cloud VM application deployment models; and
- Work within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team.
No Travel; No Telecommuting. Position is project-based on long-term assignments at various unanticipated worksites within the U.S., and relocation may be needed at the end of each long-term project.
